The Rules

I know rules suck, but we have to have them. So here we go…..

  1. You have to live in a state that has legalized Marijuana either for medical or recreational (see the list of states below).
  2. You have to fill out the submission form in full, no exceptions.
  3. You have to be 21 years old on the day you entered the contest.
  4. Winners will be announced on social media, Instagram @drdanksgiveaway | on our Facebook page Iamdank | On our website under the winner tab | each winner will receive an email confirming that they won.
  5. To claim you will have 30 days from the announcement date to claim your prize.  Reply to the “you won” notification email with your current mailing address.
  6. If you fail to reply by midnight on the 30th calendar day following the announcement you will forfeit your any and all claims to your prize.
  7. In the event of a forfeit, a second winner will be drawn. The same rules apply to that winner too.

Restrictions: Only residents 21 years of age at the time of entering the contest and living in a US state where Marijuana use is legalized for either medical and/or recreational use. No one living outside of WA, CA, OR, NV, MT, ND, MN, MI, OH, WV, PA, MD, DE, NJ, MA, NH, NJ, NY, VT, ME, UT, CO, AZ, AK, NM, OK, MO, IL, AR, LA, FL, HI, will receive any prizes.
